What we collect
Only the information you submit through the stakeholder interest form: name, organisation, role, constituency represented, geographic area or precinct, nature of interest, potential contribution, email address, optional telephone number and any message you include.
Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiry and to record participation, support, objection or non-participation in the relevant precinct process.
What we do not do
We do not publish participant contact information on this website, sell personal information, or share it for marketing purposes.
Cookies
This website takes a privacy-first approach: no advertising or third-party tracking cookies are set. Only what is strictly necessary to serve the site is used.
Storage and access
Submissions are stored in a controlled database. Access is limited to authorised Implementation Secretariat personnel, according to role and lawful purpose.
The ResponCiv evidence layer
ResponCiv (Pty) Ltd maintains a separate, independent evidence layer. Reporter contact details held by ResponCiv are not shared with GC or government, imagery is masked for faces and number plates, and GC cannot alter ResponCiv evidence.
Your rights
